Coaches experience
shows that you will enjoy skating more, improve
faster and with greater confidence if you focus
on the primary skills and enjoy interactive games
utilizing these skills.
Although you may be ambitious
and keen to try many skills within a short period
of time, your Coach will demonstrate the benefits
of structured progressive skills development based
on proficiency.
First class - as a beginner or
experienced skater, your Coach will introduce to
you the fundamentals of skating then progress on
to evaluate your current skills and record this
in your passbook.
Subsequent classes
- Your personal Coach will guide you step by step
through each skill, provide extra practice and training
for you to improve your skills - and have fun too!
What Skills - The skill that
is taught in each class is determined by your level
of proficiency. Your Coach will progress on through
the skills in the program at a safe and comfortable
speed so to ensure that you learn and improve with

The introduction to inline skating is safe, fun, and interactive. The foundation skills safety, balance, movement, stopping and turning are learnt. Students will progress to skate smoothly and safely with greater control and stability and STOP! using the heel brake. |

| This is where skating becomes real fun! Students can skate, turn and stop so we can progress onto learn how to skate smoother with more confidence and add alternative turns and stops for more safely and efficiently. The games become more fun and competitive to help overall flow and consistency. |
